The School

Pegasus Flight Training (Cambridge) is a microlight flying school established in 1981 by CFI David Garrison. Based at Sutton Meadows airfield 10 miles North of Cambridge, the school is easily accessable from the A14 or M11. Sutton Meadows, which is also the home of the Cambridgeshire Microlight Club, is a dedicated microlight airfield with three grass runways and a total absence of obstructions making it one of the best microlight training airfields in the country. Facilities include briefing rooms, pilot's lounge, clubhouse and hangarage. We train on both fixed wing and flexwing microlights using the EV97 Eurostar and the Pegasus Quantum 912. In 1987 the school received the AOPA Microlight Achievement Award in recognition of our high standards of training.
